We cater for 1100 students at this secondary school, this encompasses the following services:
- A Breakfast Club
- Mid-morning break
- Lunch
- Catering for the 60 boarders - seven days a week - on a full board basis
- Catering for all the teaching and support staff
- Catering for the Governors’ school functions and other school events on a regular basis.
- We provide a range of healthy snack and beverage vending in addition to the above provision
Prior to the commencement of the contract we worked with the school to develop and refurbish the servery and dining areas.
Since the commencement of the contract we have worked closely with our client to provide innovation in the food service provision and to maximise sales and reduce overheads.
We have worked closely with the local primary schools and been able to supply four local schools with a hot lunchtime meal. This has been of great benefit to both the school and local community as well as being a cost effective use of our resources.
