The ‘high street coffee shop’ revolution has been at the forefront of a new era in demand for the quality hot beverage which was initially unavailable to the vending industry. The retail arm of a leading integrated UK energy supplier -  in giving their vending contract to CSG - was looking for a taste of the high street coffee revolution in the work place - together with a specialised service level that they were unable to obtain elsewhere. We were able to offer them a unique service with an exciting promotional calendar throughout the year,  kicking-off with a full day of launch activities to get the ball rolling and generate excitement.

Utilizing the Accolade concept, which marries a unique family of ingredients with a stylish branded paper cup, enables us to bring the sophistication of the coffee shop drink into the vending arena. Following trials at one location both end-users and clients alike were impressed with the transformation. This enabled the break away from traditional vending and the roll out of the Accolade concept to other locations within Yorkshire.

Add to this the most reliable and environmentally friendly vending machines on the market, the availability of all the best selling confectionery and snack brands, a managed fault system incorporating four hour response times and the revolution continues to grow apace.

More than 25 locations later operating from the North East to the Midlands we continue to see growth in vends and enhanced end user/client satisfaction. The coffee shop revolution is now firmly ensconced in the workplace and looks set to stay.
