Our Classic Cooking brand concentrates on good food prepared in a time honoured way.
Business and industry require classically produced food offers, but increasingly in smaller staff restaurant environments, where kitchen space may not be available.
We believe that production costs of such quality produced meals are increasing and may ultimately become prohibitive to our contract catering clients.
Our Classic Cooking retains the choice, flexibility and traditional production methods, whilst allowing foods to be prepared - in some instances away from the client’s premises.
Introducing technical specifications and using classically trained chefs, our Classic Cooking will ensure customers receive the finest quality of hot foods in their staff restaurant, to the same exemplary standards on each and every occasion.
Staff restaurants are changing, however, classic dishes will not if you choose CC’s Classic Cooking.
