Contract Cleaning Operations
The foundation of our business is based on office, retail and education contract cleaning, the company has the professional knowledge, expertise and flexibility to meet the ever changing needs of this service sector.
In October 1997 we opened a regional office on the Team Valley Trading Estate at Gateshead. This expansion programme was implemented in order to give us a sales/operations base in the North East and to enable us to support the significant number of cleaning contracts generated in a variety of business sectors within the region.

We are customer focused and driven and our aim is to exceed our client’s expectations. Our operations teams are responsible and accountable for the company’s integrity – and therefore each customer site has a dedicated operations team consisting of:
- Operations Manager
- Area Manager
- Service Manager
- Area Supervisor
This team works with the appointed on-site supervisor who provides day-to-day control of the contract to ensure our high standards are maintained.
Every cleaning contract is closely monitored by a documented quality assurance programme, providing our customers with an efficient and totally professional cleaning service.
