The relationship began in February 2009 when ING began their search for a company to provide a professional, quality vending service at their new ‘state of the art’ premises on Leeds Valley Park – by the end of the month CSG had been awarded the contract.
Nancy Dean, Facilities Co-ordinator and David Bulleid, Project Manager visited our offices and sampled ‘The BIG ONE’ and after several bean to cup Cappuccinos, Lattes, Hot Chocolate, Mochas and fresh brew leaf teas … they were blown away by the quality and taste of all the drinks, likening it to that of a beverage from a High street coffee shop.
ING were keen to provide their employees with a quality drink and having sampled ‘The BIG ONE’ they realised this was the perfect solution.
We then started to talk about our unique Premier Food Vending offer and although it was only 10.30 in the morning - the Chicken Tikka Masala went down a storm!
This was followed by a full food demonstration to all the employees at ING and the response was fantastic!
The end result is that we are providing an excellent Bean to Cup coffee offer through ‘The Big One’ together with snacks, cans and – of course – our superb Premier Food Vending service.

Establishing a relationship with Nancy and David was key from the start and working with them to achieve their objectives was vital.
