CCL took over our cleaning contract in April 2011 and we have since seen a massive improvement in the quality of staff and also in general cleanliness of the offices and toilet areas.
A new structure was implemented with the full support of the current cleaning operatives which has improved the structure and reporting lines for the staff.
Our contract is now monitored closely with regular visits from the Area Manager which gives good moral to the cleaning staff.
Overall we are now seeing a first class service that I would not hesitate to recommend.

We have engaged the cleaning services of Consultant Cleaners Limited since the 15th April 2002. The standard of cleaning visibly improved from that date. Nothing is perfect and there have been some issues but thanks to quick communication, these have been dealt with immediately. This is an early morning contract in the centre of Manchester and thanks to the services of an excellent Site Manager and Area Management team, things tend to run smoothly. We are very satisfied with the service provided.
