We have been working with Consultant Cleaners Ltd for several years and they are now working on their second contract with TSYS. The cleaning systems and organisation that is in place ensures the teams on both sites maintain an excellent service. CCL took over our cleaning contract in January 2009 and we have not looked back.
A new structure was implemented with the full support of the current cleaning operatives which has improved the standard of cleaning and has helped us to manage our cost more effectively.
Our contract is monitored closely with regular visits from Area Managers which gives good moral to the cleaning staff. On a recent visit suggestions were made that would once again improve our service and reduce our associated cost, which we are currently implementing.
So successful has the service been from CCL I have recommended them to our Birmingham branch and their services will start this summer.
A first class service that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Nothing is perfect and there have been some issues but thanks to quick communication, these have been dealt with immediately. This is an early morning contract in the centre of Manchester and thanks to the services of an excellent Site Manager and Area Management team, things tend to run smoothly.
