  8. Late nights and sunburn on holiday? Tea can help with both- a moist, cool tea bag on the eyes for 20 minutes leaves them feeling fresher, brighter and looking revitalized. Placing a wet, cool tea bag on sunburn or pouring cold tea in to a cool bath has been known to ease a burn’s sting and help it heal faster?
  9. Don’t like the dentist? The fluoride content in tea makes it a potent defender of oral health, as it binds to tooth enamel slowing decay and helping to prevent cavities.
  10. Finally and probably the most helpful use of tea - 80% of office workers now claim that they find out more about what is going on at work over a cup of tea than in any other way.
